i have an 88 toyota pickup sr5 4x4 standard cab with electric window and locks. i need to replace the door panels and was wondering what other year and model i can use. are all the 86 to 95 pickup doors the same? and are 4runner door panels the same too?

that body style is from 84-88. Both truck and 4R doors will work. Either manual or power window options will work as you'll have to change the guts in them. I bought new, aftermarket doors for about $200 each. Paint em, put in the guts and put them on. Why do you need to replace the doors?

As for the trim panels, I believe they are the same, except if you get doors from a 2 door 4R the passanger side will have an extra door release near the latch so the person in the back seat can open the door on their own without crawling over the seat.

well i recently brought my truck and the door panels are both broken, plastic piece and switches are both cracked, and windows scratched. im going to pick&pull so it would be easier for me to buy complete doors.
