What did I break now?
So I did the tie rods idler pitman and steering controll arm and aligned the truck and put new tires on.
Took it out for the weekend to see how everything worked when i was about home I got a terrible lurching noise from the front left wheel.
That hub spring is broken so I thought that maybe it engaged somehow (seems impossible) so I switched the good hub to that side and locked and unlocked but still same noise. I drove for about 20 minutes and I could almost feel a grab then it made a bird noise a pop and the noise stopped?
I dont think its possible for an unlocked hub to become partially locked right? So im guessing either wheel bearings or brakes.
Im pretty sure this is some affect from the truck being out of alignment for a while now back in correct alignment. Any ideas beside calipers or wheel bearings?

wheel bearings would have been my first guess...
I'd jacked that tire up off the ground and try to spin it by hand and see how much drag it has (and see if it make's any obvious noise), and maybe check for any play in it too

took the wheel off to check the brakes they seem ok I guess.
I grabbed the hub when I had the wheel and tire off moved it up and down it did have a little play in it.
I have class in about an hour so I cant get any deeper on it at the moment but the noise is gone for the time being and i dont think that its a good thing. So either the caliper stuck and popped back in or the wheel bearing????? did something and stopped with the noise??
I dont know if this makes a difference or not but I drove with one hub locked for like 1 month becuase a broken hub spring that I dident know was not disengageing.

To check your wheel bearings, do it with the tire mounted.
Jack up the wheel by the lower control arm (1 tire off the ground). Grab it at 2 and 8 o'clock and try to wiggle it. If you get play then they need to be re-packed.
