Sell it ....

But on a serious note...
Air pressure in tires...
Spark plugs and wires, air filter fuel filter..
What Size tires...? Gears could help...

You might try searching on the topic though...

umm, Maybe try a fuel system cleaner after you do the FF (Passenger side frame rail), injectors might be alittle clogged..
Yes, If you do go bigger tires without regearing your economy will go down...
Curious though, What MPG are you getting now..?

That cant be good...
Im going to go out on a limb and *Guess* you have 31 10.5 inch tires... 95 auto v6 thats what 4.56? anyone..?
umm...Next I would suggest 02 sensors not functioning properly and the ecu dumping wayy to much fuel into the engine...
Search on how to test those out with a multimeter...

i get highway 25MPG on my 3.0L petrol, here is what i recommend to achieve great MPG:
Tire Pressure
Tire Size
Gears
Keep the highway speeds under 60mph
Transmission (5spd or Auto)
Slow, gradual acceleration

wax it really good and put rain x on the windows.... Oh yes and add some really smaller than stock tires.

Hmm another big clue is sitting in your signature needs a tune up.... Try that it will probably improve your mileage.

Umm also likely if he has a 95 automatic it has 4.88 gears already with a 31" tire option. If the code on the door pillar says G144 it has them.

That's not true- how much water do you go through riding... and the cost per gallon of water is?

anyhow- to j17noriega:
basic tune-up: plugs, wires, dist. cap, rotor, coil maybe
also air filter, fuel filter, valve adjustment, tire pressure, an oil change to a suitable weight oil, trans and gear oil change, lube the driveshaft(s), as little weight as necessary in the vehicle...
...basically everything that's been mentioned.
