What can i do to get more lift
I just lifted my 94 2wd toyota pickup with a three inch spindle lift and I want to know how I can get more of a lift . Can I torque the torsion bars up and how do I do that without buying new keyes for it .

On top of, or rather in addition to the spindles, you could find a used Fabtech kit for the 2wds, or look at Total Chaos. For the rear, weld new spring perches on top of the axle then mount the axle under the springs instead of on top. Keep an eye on the driveshaft angles and length when you start bumping the rear up.
After that, you're limited on suspension mods. Modifying a-arms and stuff to push the wheels out even farther could give you more lift. Swapping in a steerable beam axle up front under leafs, similar to the solid axle swap on IFS 4wd truck but without the differential and such, could get you up higher at the expense of some reduced clearance due to the beam, and fabricating linkage.

go with leaf springs....you can go as high as you want. put custom 10 inch body lift also. ...
We're just having fun.......
The higher you go, you'll have to get bigger tires to match it as well as re-gear.
I don't know how high you want to go but domestic trucks would yield you more height.
