What is this 3VZE noise?
I've had my truck running for a few months now, When I got it, it did not pass smog due to a burned exhaust valve. I rebuilt the heads, replaced the timing belt and water pump and she's running again. However I noticed this noise recently that is bugging me. I don't know what, if anything, is wrong. But I'm worried that something is about to go bad. Here is a video of the noise at idle. The best I can describe it is a "percolating" sound. You can hear it really well after the camera points at the dipstick.

Any ideas what that is? Should I be concerned?

Thanks!! That is a relief. This is a sweet little truck that has been well taken care of by the previous owner and is in about as perfect condition as a 300K miles vehicle can be. I heavily relied on reading YotaTech to get it back on the road. It makes sense that it is the PAIR, I think I only hear it after short trips when it is not fully warmed up. I'll give it a check per the FSM just for fun.
