weird vibrations?!?!?

OK guys i have a question and im driving my runner sr5 v6 manual ill accelerate the vibrations dont happen but when i hold a speed the truck well start vibrating not bad but noticable and when i let off the gas it starts shakin even worse(in slower speeds -45).. its not in the engine i can rev it up and they is no vibration. i just got new tires(5,000 miles ago), could it be a weight. its not gettin worse should i be worried.
and happens in all the gears

Could be tires I guess...is the vibration coming from the steering wheel? Can you feel it in your feet or in your seat?

Could be a U-joint...I'm leaning more towards that. If it were the tires I would think that you'd feel it weather you were accelerating or cruising. When the U-joints go they'll start to vibrate at different times depending on how the torque is.

Best educated guess I can give.

Well it could be any number of things ..what is the year & miles on the 4runner? I'm assuming that it is the 4runner in your signature?

Bad motor mount or mounts, transmission mount, wheel bearings loose or bad, bad ball joint or joints, shocks,cv joints, drive shaft out of balance,
muffler, bad fuel filter, bad fuel pump
just some things to think about

Taking it out of gear will release the tension/pressure on the shaft and will allow it to turn freely. This may cause the vibration not to be felt.

a u-joint is like $15. if that don't fix it, take it to the place you had the tires mounted, complain about your truck vibrating ever since the new tires were installed and demand a road-force balance.

you'd be surprised how many brand new tires don't pass road-forcing.
