water leaking from side of the head

so i had the headgaskets done about a year and a half ago. now it started to get hot but i never ran it above 3/4 hot. so i do a pressure check on the cooling system and water is literally coming out of both sides of the heads. where the heads meet the block? is this just a headgasket fix or more? i've never seen it leak like that! and its not mixing yet just pouring out of the side of the heads? anyone??

if it is coming out right where the head gasket is, it is either a head gasket failure or a head/block crack. either way it looks like you've got your work cut out for you.

are you certain it isn't dripping out from another location above?

did the pressure check and its coming out of both heads in the same place. right where the head meets the block.

I'm sure the shop had it done. i didnt tell them not to resurface.and i think it would have had an issue right when i got it if it was already warped. its been over a year and a half...

You could do it yourself in two months working 30 minutes a day.

Doesn't sound good in any case. And on both sides

make sure the block is straight too tho.. the heads are easy cuz u will have them off but if your block needs machineing that involves pulling the block and thats the step i would think your shop might have skipped.. i spent sum time at a toyota dealer and the added labour in taking the block out to machine it was about 8 hours...
