Water dripping on rear right passenger seat / under seat.

We just started having some rain here in Cali and my right side of my rear passenger seat got soaked today. When i lifted the seat up there was also a distinguished puddle underneath the seat which I thought was strange. I didn't see any leak from the headliner or sunroof, and don't see any leaks in the front or anywhere else. Where would you think this leak is coming from? Its a 92 4runner 3.0 4x4. Some searches brought up sunroof drains being clogged, could this be the culprit? Thanks guys, sorry if this topic has been asked a lot.

Windsheild frame possibly rusted. Super common.

So after a heavy downpour last night I rechecked the interior this morning and my headliner is wet directly above the rear right seat. I would imagine this is from a sunroof drain being clogged, is there a simple way to unclog this, or can you see the drain holes without taking off the headliner. Thanks.
