Very wierd pulley problem. Please help.

There are those three pulleys on the crank that turn various accessories. The inside one that turns the alternator and the fan is not moving. It is just sitting there still while the other two are spinning.

You need a new balancer. The outer pulley has seperated from the inner balancer, via the rubber between them.

I just looked up a harmonic balancer and it has two pulleys.
Do you know which belt the third pulley drives? And does the third one bolt up to the harmonic balancer or something?

The harmonic balancer has two pulleys, each individually attached via rubber. the third outer pulley (power steering) is bolted onto the balancer.

Again...You need a new harmonic balancer.

Yep, you need a new balancer.

Damper Dudes sell a new one for a reasonable price.
