Valve covers on 94 Runner

I have had my 94 4runner parked in my garage for a couple months now and I have noticed the valve cover is leaking on the driver side. I have looked in alldata to see about a procedure but they have very limited info for this year. I am worried about how the intake folds over the passenger side valve cover. When I called Toyota about them doing the work the service writer told me there was other gaskets/components that needed to be replaced/removed in order to get to the valve covers. I would prefer to do the work my self but I would like to find some kind of procedure so I know what I am dealing with. If anyone has had experience on this or know where I can find some tips I would really appreciate it.
