Vacuum Leak?

I have a 1994 Runner with the 3.0 and i went to do the ISR mod today and with the help of some parts picked up from the junkyard and extra parts laying around i was able to come up with a new intake.

I put it on and had the two small hoses connected to the nipples on my intake and tightened everything down. When i started her up she ran fine so i took her down the road and then she started acting like there was a vacuum ( real low ideal and ran fine at higher RPM ) so i made sure everything was tight and connected so i started her up again ran fine, got down the road happened again and i can't seem to find where the leak is coming from. Any ideas?
