V6 headers to seal (to engine)
Having leaks at both headers where they meet the head. This is a truck I bought this way. Is there a better method or product for sealing the headers than simply replacing the gaskets? And also is there a preferred gasket (ie is stock that much better for example?) Thanks..!

I tired these before... they worked all right:

The main problem with headers developing leaks is not re-torquing them down after the first couple of heat/ cool cycles.
Whatever gaskets you go with... make sure you stay on top of them for the first few times and you should be in good shape.

I went and bought some NAPA gaskets that look super heavy duty, are made in Japan and look even OEM quality. They are massive (and were $54!) but such is life... The OEM style are massive, I hope they fit under the header but imagine they probably will
