is there a big difference in a v6 frame and a 4 cylinder frame for a 3rd gen sr5 extended cab truck.
I have a 1990 sr5 v6 5 speed extended cab truck . im looking for a frame and would like to know if I could use a 4 cylinder frame ? if ot where do I have to modify?

pretty sure the only major differences would be the motor mounts

I think they are the same. V6 or I4 have the same frame mounts. Frame rot?

Motor mounts are the only thing that should be different.
