What are you trying to do? With the weight off of the front end, the torsion bar will pin the upper A-arm down against the bump stops. You will need to loosen the torsion bar bolts, and more than likely they will break.

this site should have the bolts to replace the broken ones. OEM Toyota.
Be careful when loosening the bolts, some members have had the top part puncture the bottom of the cab.
