Ok, I am attaching a picture of a brake line that has a very obvious leaking problem. If you are looking at the engine from the front, it is on the left side and goes down under the truck to a connector that has 3 other lines coming into it. This is attached to the frame itself. There are 3 lines that come across the firewall from the right side and this line is the first one to bend and go down. Right near the fire wall it connects from the metal line to a short rubber hose which you can see the bottom of in the picture. The picture shows the union where it goes back to the metal line and under the truck. The dealers blow-ups does not show this at all and they had ordered in 4 different lines and none of them were the correct one. It also does not show this anywhere in my shop manual either. Can anybody identify this line and maybe know the exact name or even a part number? The leaking is getting worse and I have already tried to tighten the connector but it's already as tight as it will go. Hope I explained this well enough, if not please let me know any questions you may have. This is on a 95 4Runner Limited V6 with 4 wheel drive.

i got a hardline from caliper to a soft line from yotoa for 8 bucks not bad with fittings..
if you go to the dealer they print you out a copy of your truck and then you see all the lines with numbers and you can order it from there..

I did goto the dealer and they did print everything they had, it had no diagram or even an image of this brake line. They even looked in the mechanics books and still found nothing which I thought was very weird. Maybe it is just the dealer by me, but it is supposed to be the best in the state. Anybody have anything more specific maybe?

yeah that look likes the clutch line .which has brake fluid in it and it wouldnt be in the brake diagram from yota.. ask for the clutch line pictures thats what you want.. there diagrams are from the factory service manual and it has to be on there unless a previous owner did it.

are you actually losing brake fluid or clutch fluid? you can clean it off with brake-clean and have someone step on the clutch several times to see if fluid starts seeping if not, try the same with the brake pedal. or try to get the parts guy out from behind the counter to take a look in person, one of the dealer techs may also take a quick look and tell you if you're going to buy the part from them anyway.

Ok, I will clean it off and step on each of them to make sure which it is. I did have the parts car look at it, and they were unsure as well. Did not have a tech though, because they are on the opposite side of the shop, but I think cleaning it and stepping on the pedals will for sure tell, thanks for the tips guys, I will let you know how it turns out.
