Beefing up the springs can be done a number of ways: air shocks, overload leafs, add-a-leafs. Dropping a dually axle in spreads out the load a bit more, but won't help sagging springs...
I honestly don't know if those springs will fit, measure them eye to eye... I wouldn't be suprised if they would. Air shocks might be a less expensive and better option as they can be dialed down when you're not running the camper.
