Tube front bumper build
Started on a new front bumper today. Using 2" OD .12" wall tube. Here's a couple pics, they're miserable quality because I forgot my camera and took them with my cell.
Had to clean up the tube first as it was a bit rusty from sitting around in the shop for far to long.
Once that was done I bent an 85" piece into this:
and here's a couple pics of what I accomplished in the 3 hours I worked on it today:
It's far from complete now, needs quite a bit of bracing and some new skid plates but it's a start.

just curious, cause it didn't look like there was a whole lotta room for a winch there behind it
like others said, great start!
can't wait to see the final result

i got a random pipe bender lying around in my garage, along with my welder... just gotta go get the 2" pipe and make a bumper
looks good xD. Give it a lil mini stinger and maybe some eyebrows like DIRTCO's bumper.
