Truck keeps cutting off then wont start!

Truck keeps cutting off then wont start!
Hey guys i got a 1986 4runner. It was EFI but converted to carb (32/36 weber).. I have the vacuum distributor on there....
But what the problem is, the truck never did this to me before, and 2 days ago i did the tune up. Replace cap, rotor, plugs and wires.
After that i thought there was an air leak (turned out there was) so i pulled the carb and the plates and re-siliconed them all. Truck ran fine after that.
today (2 days later) i was driving down the road and the car just cut out on me..I pulled over, cranked it and It started back up..
drove it for about and hour and ran fine..
Driving Later in the afternoon it did it again, and it gave a little hard time to start, but started... Then it did it AGAIN 15 min later. My oil looked low so i added some, it started and i went.. 15 min later when i got home, i left it running to open my gate and while idling in my driveway it died. I tried starting it and it didnt want to go. I let is sit for about 10 min and it started. I parked it and called it a night..
DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT I COULD BE!!! PLEASE HELPP thanks!!
