transmission swap

So this is my first post great site if you all would like a intro more then happy to do one. So i have a 94 extra cab with a auto i was out wheeling friday night and in the morning i was washing it and noticed oil after i deeper inspection the tranny is leaking bad it has to be a blown seal but iam not sure when it happend the oil is dark and smells burnt so iam sure there has to be some damage to the cluthes when i boght the truck i came with a 5spd tranny with transfer case, pedles, clutch, slave cylinder, and fly wheel, but none of the computer stuff is that somthing that it has to have to run. so what iam asking is what else do i need to swap it out besides drive lines. and would it just be easier to just park it and do the 350 swap and not have to worry about computer stuff
