trailrunner vs. prerunner

Don't get me wrong, I love the beefy, locked, 33x12, and a SAS trail rig,
but doesnt anyone love the TC longtravel, fiberglass, tilt lift look that prerunners have?

I want my rig to catch the best of both worlds.

Those trucks are sexy like nothing else. I have no use for them here though..... I need the SAS locked on 33 for Tellico. lol. There are dunes to be jumping here....

Deathrunner

DEATHRUNNER is an example of "best of both worlds."
The flared fenders, and skidplate give an awesome look. But it crawls like a damn spider.

What kind of suspension/arms do you have, DEATHRUNNER?

your truck is sick. I'm looking in to fiberglass if I dont find anything else worth investing in. What size flare do you have? I want the TC kit soo bad, but its hella expensive.

The duals on your rig look awesome for whoops. What kind of arms and suspen are you running?

I have fabtech upper arms, edelbrocks, and swayaway 25mm tbars.
I want to get a new suspen kit and arms so i could jump without breaking something.
Im scared of busting an arm or something. Why can't i find Fabtech lower a-arms for my truck?

I also want to test my down travel, along with my flex. Havent done it yet.
Flex should suck with my 25mm's

i run the downey kit with dual billys and OME torsions the 3" bulge on the fenders, with low pro bumps it does OK on the whoops. I'm just saving for a real long travel kit

Here is an old pic of my truck from when I first made the LT kit.

I literally built the kit and hacked up the fenders and drove it to Mexico with zero test time and went to the San Felipe 250 a couple years ago, drove a lot of offroad miles in a foreign country. I didn't have any problems but a thrown alternator belt.

Specs:
*Home made upper and lower a arms
*3.25" wider per side
*Strategicly placed low profile droop and bump stops
*Made of .188 wall DOM gusseted with 1/4" and 3/8" plating
*10" stroke 2.5" dual rate King coilovers with remote reservoirs
*TC lower uni-ball conversion
*TC shock hoops
*16" of wheel travel (front diff removed to not be limited by CV's)

Total cost was less than 2K (mostly shocks $1300)

In the last couple years I added the TC idler arm. I gusseted the center link and pitman arm and switched to heim steering and 62" Deavers. I wish my digital camera worked so I could take some current pics as a lot has changed. 280K 22RE.

Here is mine. I'm running the Total Chaos Gen II caddy with most of the upgrades for the front suspension. In the rear I'm running 62" deavers with 18" fox shocks. I'm also locked in the rear and have a limited slip in the front. It has gone everywhere I wanted it to and has never let me down.

Both of those Yota's are sick.
PINNACLE how do you have a limited slip on a IFS? NIIICE rig though, man. The fenders lookawesome. TOUGH little piece of machine.

YOTA82, how the hell did you build the arms yourself? If the angles arent percisely accurate, it'll throw you off. How'd you get the right angles down?
