Trac-lock questions

Is anyone fimilar with the DANA TRACK-LOCK??? how do they compare to the lock right or true track??? the best one to use on a 4runner for both street and offroading???

trac lok I think uses clutch packs for your slipping action, Tru-trac has helical gears that give you your slipping action, and a lock right is a non selectable locker like a detroit (lunchbox type?).

someone correct me if I'm wrong.
