TPS issue...

Alrighty, my truck is being a bit finicky. Heres the story...it bogs down until around 3300-3500 rpm in 2nd and 3rd gear, and once it hits that RPM range itll literally push you back into the seat. It also has issues staying at 60 ish MPH in 5th. So, i swapped the MAF, didnt fix it. I then swapped the EGR, that didnt do anything. I then decided to unplug the TPS to see if it ran better, well it runs like it should with no TPS plugged in but has issues idling. So i changed out the TPS, and it does the same thing. I also swapped the Coolant Temp sensor i believe and it changed nothing. So, im just curious if anyone had any problems like this in the past or have any clue to what the TPS sends it signal to. It shows the HAC in the manual, i could try swapping that too?

22RTE?
Modded at all? Including wiring.

TPS signal goes to the ECU. I'm not sure what the HAC is?

sorry about that, its on a 93 pickup with a 94 motor in it. The HAC stands for High Altitude Compensator sensor. all stock.
