I was told when I replace my TPS I have to adjust it? I was wondering if someone can tell me how I adjust or align the thing? Im going to pick it up now! I had to order it!

All you need to know at the link to 4Crawlers site.

I would recommend replacing the screws with either cap heads or torx drive, the phllips drives are bear to remove.

Thanks, I ended up not needing it! It got it on, and it runs TONS better! Im so happy I got to do this work! This week I've done 02 Sensor, Tune Up, Oil Change, Shocks, and TPS. And It all made it run sooooo much better! I'm so thankful for this forum, everyone is so nice and helpful!

Thanks

Just some advice, if you replaced the TPS with a new one, you will need to adjust it for the EFI to work properly. The biggest issue is the EFI system knowing when the throttle position is at idle and when it has just come off of idle. Unless you got really lucky putting the new on one exactly in the right spot, most likely you need to measure the resistance at the terminals and rotate it a bit.

That is from my experience with the things.

Good luck,

Mike

You said you didn't need it, then got it on? Is a new one on or not, and or did you adjust it?
Thanks

aaaaa. no. go to 4Crawler site, and it will tell you how to adjust the TPS. Not hard to do, just seems like it takes three hands to do it.
