Hello all

I bought a 94 3vze from a local mechanic with new heads for a pretty good deal (296,XXX miles, heads are still bright and shiney). I use this truck to go commute to school and back twice a week (roughly 100 miles a trip). It has the normal "tick" of the motor/injectors but recently i have been getting a different noise, like a low growl of some sort. I replaced the heater core last weekend as well as plugs, cap, rotor, new maf and fixed some broken vacuum hoses that were cracked. Can anyone shed some light on the noise? (here's a youtube video)
It only happens under load or when accelerating. Previous to the plugs and things i replaced, it would stop if I got over 3,000 RPM but now its pretty much through out the rpm range. I have ordered a new TPS and plug wires as a preemptive strike.
At first I thought it was spark knock but all the videos and discriptions I have watched/read dont sound the same. It used to make it up the local hills just fine in 4th but after the drive home last night it feels really down on power. The video is short but I could make a longer one if needed
ANY info would help!

Sub'd for answer. I have the same noise on my '90 V6. Never figured out what it is.
