Torsion bar crank and rear lift question

Torsion bar crank and rear lift question
94 Toyota Pickup 4x4
I will be installing 32'' BFG KM2 M/T's.
After adjusting the torsion bars, I measured exactly 14.5" from the top of rim to the fender. With the torsion bars at this height do I need to worry about excessive CV joint wear or anything else?
My 2nd question is what should I do as far as adjusting the the height of the rear of the truck? Seems likes shackles may be the way to go? How much more height should I go in the rear, 2"?

31" was about all I could put on my 88 with a 3.75" backspaced wheels and not have them rub the fender at full lock turns. I understand this is a 94 we're talking about here and there was a 31" option so take what I said for what it's worth.
Adjusting the t-bars for 1.5" lift puts the CV's at the same approximate angle as no t-bar adjustment with BJ spacers so CV life should be the same with either. ADD equipped vehicles are more prone to issues with either since the CV turns all the time. Cranking the bars will stiffen the ride though. Considering that, if 32's will rub without any lift, BJ spacers won't eliminate that problem, nor will t-bar cranks, but cranking the bars will stiffen the suspension and make it more difficult to bottom out the suspension.
However, if I were only looking for the ability to install larger tires and didn't have sufficient body clearance for those tires, I'd opt for a body lift kit, probably in the 1" range. 1" would suffice since 31's can be installed and a 32" tire, although 1" taller, is only around 1/2" larger in diameter.

Also, I measure 14.5" from the top of the wheel to the fender, will I have any issues with that?
thanks

I got mine from NAPA. The store I got them from had a lot of no typical stuff. I dont know if the other stores have them.
You should not have any issues.

Stiffer front torsion bars are never recomended unless you have a heavy (ARB or WARN) front bumper with a winch. If not, oem is perfect.
For the rear, see if your overloads are resting on the rest of the leafs. If so, they are shot (SUPER common), so get new leafs for a nice ride, or be cheap and get AAL's (they will ruin the leaf pack over time) or shackles (for every 2" longer you get 1" lift).
tire clearance depends on your rims the most. If you keep the stock or rims that have the same stock backspacing (4.75") then you can run up to 33x10.50" tires stock. The farther the tire pokes out, the more rubbing will be an issue. I have almost 5" of lift and still rub my tires..
