Timing difference between 93 & 91

I have a 93 pickup 3.0 v6 I've been stumped with. I bought another engine for it. It is out of a 91 model. Is there any differences in the timing setups with the idler pulleys?

Ok so I don't have anywhere on my water pump to hook it. But I did get it put on and my belt put on and close. Still gotta tinker a bit. Any ideas on tension?

there is a bolt right above the roller or next to it on the side close to the pulley that the spring goes to, that a bracket bolts to and the spring will pull off the pulley to that bracket
