Tight fitting fue njectors, help
I sent my injectors out to Witchhunter and had them cleaned and the new o-rings and stuff put on. I went to put them in last night and they fit pretty tightly. With the fuel rail torqued down they can be moved but are not as easy to turn as i remember. Where they plug into the fuel rail is fine, but where they plug into the intake is tight.
Is it possible Witchhunter put on the wrong o-rings on? Are there different ones for different years? Can i just bolt everything up, if they are that tight they should seal fine, right? I need some advice, thanks ahead of time.
P.S. It is a 93 p/u with a 92 and older 3.0, if that makes a difference?

I would say that you are good. When I sent mine out to cruzin performance to be rebuilt they came back the same way - as long as you can still turn them when they are torqued down, you are fine.
What did the flow results on your injectors show?

Xcellant, i want to get this thing done, it went from a hg replacement, to rings and bearings, then timing stuff, oil and water pumps, its getting ridiculous.
I don't have the flow numbers in front of me, i'm a work (naughty naughty) but one of them was pretty gummed up, they are now all w/in .8% of each other i believe. Glad i got them done tho, peace of mind.
