Thumping front passenger side

Thumping front passenger side
I have a 90 yota with the 22r. I just noticed a weird noise coming from the front passenger area of the engine compartment. It almost sounds like there is a performance exhaust on it. I hear the noise at idle, rev, and faintly while driving. Not sure if I could be the air cleaner lid because the stud is stripped and the wing-nut won't tighten. Also, I noticed the cooling fan has bit of a wobble (about 1/8 in.) it's the fan clutch component, not the 4 screws that hold it on. Not certain if that could be it. Thought I'd hop on here and see if anyone has a clue or has ran into this before.
