swappin a 4runner lift to a pickup

im lookin to swap a prcomp 4" lift thats on a 93 4runner to my '91 xtra cab /u. im just wonderin if that is possible. im not that good w/cars so im just lookin for a little help. and im not sure if its a body or suspension lift. so please im just lookin for a little help. i know its a dumb question

most the front stuff should be ok but the rear wont work as the 4runner uses coils

could i AAL in the rear until i got the equivalent of a 4" lift?

That is right the front will work but not the rear, get a set of springs for the rear or try the ZUK rear mini coil set up for the rear check this link out for a detailed set up of the coils.

im plannin on buyin the '93 4runner for extra parts and for me to learn how to work on cars. how hard would it be swap the rear end from the 4runner to my pickup

It would involve cutting, grinding, and welding.

i think i will just add some leaf springs on the rear to get the truck even. does that sound good or is there an even easier way?

$75 for the springs and $100 iirc for ZUKS set up a little welding and your set for years to come

gearinstalls.com check the lower left cornor lots of different installs of this set up and you can find the prices for the kit he sells

you guys have been great. i still have one dumb question left in me, im putting the springs in the rear to give me a lift not so i can put the lift on the springs right??
