Suspension issue

I have a 90 4runner v6 with a 4" lift. When i hit about 65 it starts to rock back and forth sometimes. If i let the steering wheel go it starts to go back and forth, as soon as i let the accelerator off it stops. Then it'll be fine again till i hit another big bump at that speed. I have replaced the steering stabilizer, tie rod ends, tires, panhard drop bracket (that arm is almost perfectly horizontal), and shocks. I've been trying anything i can to find this issue, its one of my last ones. Yesterday, I jacked up the front end and moved the tires back andforth to look at the steering, the bar that attaches to the pitman and idler arm rolls quite a bit when i move the tires, is that normal? how can i test the idler arm to see if thats the culprit?

how solid is the joint at the idler arm? it's very common for the bushings to ware out in them, especially if you're running oversized tires

ones those bushings go, that makes the steering very sloppy, and can very well cause this wobble you're getting
