suspension/gearing advice (found some parts)

I need some advice on what you all think these things are worth. I found a CL ad for an 84 that was being built into a rock crawler but was never finished now the guy is parting it out. Here is the ad:

Will Part out - Rebuilt 87 Turbo 5 spd Tranny, 95 V6 Vortec Engine, 6" Suspension lift, 3 inshc body lift, Warn hubs, Solid Front axle with posi trac and V6 Pumpkin and gears, Rear axle with Detroit locker and V6 Pumpkin and gears, Frame in excellent condition sandblasted and repainted, V6 headers, 5 New BF Goodrich 35X12.5XR15 MT with rims, New front fenders, New high amp alternator, new power steering pump, new 4 core radiator, Pioneer CD Player, Jacobs Hi-Fire Ignition system, Edlebrock Carbruetor and manifild, 87 Toyota steering box, Hi-steer system (over suspension) .

I have already contacted the guy about the front and rear complete axle. The front axle has vented rotors attached and 5.29 gears that have never been installed on the truck. The rear is 5.29 gears and a detroit locker. These are complete axles with zero miles since the gear install so he says. I have also contacted him about the rims and tires as well. He says they have never been on the road. What do you all think this stuff is worth. He gave me a price but I don't know what I should be willing to pay on the axles. Also, I'm picking up the front just in case I get the balls to SAS my truck one day. Should I also pick up the hi-steer system while I'm at it? I'd appreciate any advice or opinions that you experts have. Thanks in advance.

You definitely will want the hy-steer setup for an SAS. As far as the axles go, the usual price for a stock solid axle is around $100 so add the gears and lockers and you should have a good idea what it's worth.

I have no idea what the gears and lockers should go for. Also, I'll save the installation cost as well, correct? I'm thinking I could also sell my rear to get some of the cash back. What would you guys pay for the axles if you were looking for one and you already needed new gears for your truck. Also he wants $700 for the rims and tires which I think is a bit steep but if I buy a few things I might be able to talk him down some.

i paid 800 for new 31 inch bfgs 4 of them on my own rims 700 is a good price those axles he prolly wants 5-8 hundred for the front and 3-6 hundred for the back

you just got this truck.. if you havent wheeled it much try out that ifs just get some smaller tires.. you should have just got a truck with a solid front axle but ifs works great too and yours looks like its built good!!!
lock the rear with a elocker or air.. get smaller tires and you wont even need to regear

So if that is what he wants is it a fair price? I just realized that is 5 tires and rims so that is a damn good price. I should just be able to swap the rear right in, correct? Then I can just sell my complete rear axle for some cash towards the purchase.

I'm afraid the truck is going to look a bit silly with 33's or even 35's with that much lift. If I go down to 35's with the 4.56's will it really be that much of a difference? I was thinking of gearing since I have to open the pumpkin to do the locker. This setup seems already good to go. Then I would just have to send my front out to ZUK to do the 5.29's in it.

I think I'll leave the front axle for someone who really needs it. I don't at this point and if I do decide to go SA one day I'll probably just sell this truck and look for another one.
