It would help if you told us what you have already done ?. What i would recommend is that you check the TPS for proper adjustment, check the idle, if its set to high it will cause surging, also check for vacuum leaks.

coolant level, coolant loss, bad sensor can also lead to loping idle.

Check all your grounds too. mine had a bad ground going to the engine block and it caused a crazy idle.

What about unplugging the mass air flow sensor while running and see if it changes.Mine went bad on a 22RE and it started running rough and very rich.If not that maybe another computer. If all sensors are good maybe it is the brain thats talking to the sensors!

HEY GUYS, I FINALLY REGISTERED AS A MEMBER. BLUEYODA HAS BEEN DOING MY POSTS SO FAR. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING THAT EVERYONE HAS MENTIONED, EXCEPT CHANGING THE COMPUTER. ALL HELP HAS BEEN GREATLY APPRECIATED, BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE ONLY TIME THE SURGING GOES AWAY IS ON A WARM DAY LEADING ME TO BELIEVE THAT PERHAPS THE VALVES MIGHT NEED TO BE DONE AS THEY COULD BE AFFECTING PRESSURE IN THE HEAD GOING TO THE TB. REALLY AT THIS POINT I'M GRASPING AT STRAWS.

I HAVE TWO SPARE PARTS VEHICLES SO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING CAN BE CHANGED
IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY BE HELPFUL PLEASE POST UP. THANKS AGAIN!
