Supra AFM swap or Stock AFM gear adjustment??

been reading many posts on the supra afm mod and the stock afm mod for the 22re. which one is better?

cant seem to find any posts stating which one gives better power, etc..... just trying to figure out if i should look for a 82 supra afm, or modify my stock one by adjusting the gear inside the afm to get the best bang for my buck.

i have a 22re, with .30 pistons, engnbldr rv cam, 2" exhaust, and a cold air intake.

Haven't done the supra swap yet... But IMO, the supra afm seems better-but has to be used in conjunction with big bore throttle body and the bigger injectors in order to REALLY be the most efficient. I'm currently running a tweaked stock afm with lce headers, cam, b.b. Throttle body and tweaking it really only impacts fuel economy if richened, and throttle response if leaned out. Not really any power difference that's noticeable
