SUPER still clutch

Hey guys got another question I got a 94 v6 4R brand new slaver and master cylinder when I bought it a week ago and I just put a clutch, flywheel, and all that stuff literally just today. But the pedal is still super stiff (was stiff when I first bought too) I bled the lines and adjusted the pedal but nothing it barley moves. Btw when I did the clutch and stuff today I double checked my work so I wouldn't be under there again but Idk I'm stuck.

Red face

Did you check how the pedal worked with every thing out???

If it still feels the same something binding in the clutch pedal linkage

then maybe the clutch bracket is cracked causing it to flex and put pressure on the master cylinder rod .

It is also possible when installing the transmission you knocked the fork off the ball and now when the pedal is pushed things bind up.

You did compare new parts with what you took out ??

The clutch release bearing and the pedal linkage are about the only two places it could bind up .

Poor Quality China Master Cylinder might be so far off in machining to be binding
