subwoofer mod in 90-95 4runner storage compartments

I've seen photos on the 'net of Runners with a subwoofer installed in each rear sidewall storage compartment, but can't seem to find any information on this at Yotatech. I'd like to put 10's or 12's in my storage compartments and could use some ideas. Help!

Im not very good when it comes to car audio, but wouldnt putting a sub in that compartment cause a lot of vibration and rattling?

I wouldn't think so, with the proper enclosure behind it and the use of dynamat-type coverings under the wall panels. I have an idea of how to do the install, but seeing how others have done it before I attempt something like this always makes me less anxious.

Another option would be using an enclosure designed for the side trunk area of the Runner, sitting along the sidewall in front of the rear storage compartments; the problem is, I can only find such enclosures for 1996 and newer Runners. This type of enclosure would still leave the majority of my trunk space open, though not as much as an install in the sidewall compartments.

Suggestions?

That Car Domain install is very nice. I think I am going to go that route I have built boxes like that in the past and liked them. Time to get the glass ready I guess.
