This is a new one to me. With the ignition off and no key the steering wheel is free. When the 93 4runner is started I go to turn the wheel and it locks. I did just replace the ignition switch and had the cylinder out. Not sure why its backwards though...any thoughts.

Pretty hard to tell not being able to look at things.

If you look you should be able to figure out what is wrong

I was thinking that too..wasnt sure if it was possible to put tumbler in reversed. I'll take a look today.
