Steering rod relay recall

1995 4Runner 3.0 V6 5Speed. 33x12.50 BFG Mud Terrains. Torsions turned up, 1.5'' BJ Spacers, 2'' Coil spring spacers, Eibach rear coils; about 3'' of lift? 4.88s. Custom intake. yep, theres a giant sticky, and they seem to be pretty good at getting the notices out (I'm the 5th person to have the truck titled in my name and I got it)
