Exclamation Starts, But Doesn't Run!!!

AARRRGGGHHHHH!!!! My 4 Runner started missing the other day, and I knew that I'd been needing to replace the fuel filter, and O2 sensor so I did that Wed. (nothing like laying under your truck at 2:30 in the morning). That didn't fix the miss, so yesterday I changed all 6 plugs, wires, Distrib. cap and rotor. Put all back to gether and started it. Ran great, no miss, perfect. Let it run for 20 min. or so, cut it off, re-started, cycled it a few times, not a problem one. This morning, go to leave for work and get to the end of the street, and it dies. I can start it, but it will only run for like 3 sec. then dies. ( oh, while I had the air intake duct out I tried to de-grease the steering box, covered the cap and throttle body intake, and sprayed with de-greaser and water. But that was before I put everything back together.) What is going on? I did read one post of another truck doing this, but his wouldn't start until you turned the ignition off and back on, mine I don't have to do that. I NEED HELP! TRUCK HAS TO BE ROLLING BY TOMORROW!!

I got a PM about it and the truck is running. Said he went out and tried to start it before taking anything apart and it fired up and that maybe the 95 degree heat dried out whatever might've been wet.
