stalling problem.

ok my 92 pickup has a 22re, the problem is that when im using a lot of electronics it stalls. Like when i have the lights on then i cant turn the heat fan all the way up or it starts to jump and sputter. On hills it cant even go up, and when i stop and keep it idling; if i put the windows up, when they get to the top, it will stall the motor. So i was thinking, maybe the alternator is old and sucks, or maybe something isnt grounded right. Im lost

give er some gas then; problem solved

no seriously, you might just want to have the alt tested

what are you idling at with no draw on the system? RPM and voltage wise...

I think you are idling way too high. I idle at 800 rpms.

Sounds like a weak alt causing poor spark when its over drawn. Check the spark when it happens. Spark should be bright blue not yellow or white.
