Squeak when hubs locked in

Squeak when hubs locked in
95 4X4 BASE MODEL,When the hubs are locked in, I get a loud squeaking from the right front hub. If the hubs are locked and I'm in 4WD, I get a vibration like a bad u-joint. I installed new axels and front drive shaft. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
