Some advice

So my buddy broke out his rear cargo window on the driver side. I told him i would help him replace it only to realize i really have no clue what i am doing. Does anyone konw what is needed and how to chang out that window?

its a 95 4runner and its the cargo area driver side window.

Any tips of advice would be nice! Or a write up that i missed after searching...
