slow starting

I am buying a new truck tommorow, a 1986 4WD pickup 22RE (pics on the way when i get it) It just had some work done to it, timing chain and a few other small things, and it runs really well except that it is slow to start, it cranks without firing for longer than I would like. I am new to fuel injection as my previous truck was carbureted, any tips?

Thanks

You might look into the cold start system. There is a cold start injector, a air bypass and other misc things. In my sig is a link to a FSM that will give you more details on that system.
