Slip yolk stuck
So, I'm replacing my rear diff, and my slip yolk is incredibly stiff. I figure I'll pull it apart, clean it up and put it all back together. but I can't get the damn thing out, I've tried everything. even chained one end of the drive shaft to a tree, the other end to the back of them f250 and pulled, it WON'T come out. Am I missing something? It IS supposed to just lip out right? here's a pic of how far I can get it to separate..
Help PLEASE!

I pumped grease into it, and it moved out a little bit, but then the grease started coming out of the cap on the end where the u-joint is, then when I compressed it again, the cap blew off, I cleaned all of the grease out of there and tried pulling it apart again, and got back to the point I am at now.. here's a pic of where the cap came out.

if the grease dont work... pull that zerk off, and then try pullin the yolk... those things have a very good seal, and if they havent been worked, and greased often, will have so much suction there, even a f250 cant pull it off... remove the zerk, and it should just slide off.... hope that helps...

I got it off.. bigger chain, f250 4x4 low gear. it finally popped out.. it was like glued in there, the grease had turned to a plastic like solid. very screwed up. I got the splines all cleaned up and the yolk slides in and out nicely now.. oh.. and the zerk wasn't an issue, the whole end of the yolk was open.
On a side note.. is the seal (not the boot) on there replaceable? cause mine is AFU..
