I'm interested in this too. I imagine the same place that sells mounts for your 90 sells the mounts for the 1st gen. I'd like to mount a bunch of things like a shovel, mag light, fire extinguisher, etc to my 1st gen roll bar.
All I've been able to find so far is really expensive billet stuff. Beautiful stuff but I'm not paying $100 to mount a flashlight to my roll bar.

I found that underneath the front passenger seat is best spot for a fire extinguisher because I can get to it while I'm driving. But other than that thats all i have figured out

Here's the best I could come up with. http://atlastrekker.com/blog/2014/04...n-an-open-suv/

Ammo can in the back or a tool box mounted to the floor. You might get lucky and score an ATV box off Craigslist.
Just a heads up I carried an E-tool aka entrenching tool what civies call an army shovel for 7 years and 3 countries while in the infantry. There are way better and more reliable options out there. Those fold up POS' s fail exactly when you need them the most.

The max axe is pretty good. More useful than an etool in my opinion.
