Shocks DT3000's and DT9000's

I'm looking to replace the shocks on pickup 4x4 stock height and have all but settled on doetsch tech's. The price point is right and the reviews seem pretty good compared to others in the same price range. i'm thinking of putting dt9000's in the front and dt3000's in the back. As I understand it you want a softer shock in back so the truck doesn't have a tendency to bounce back. Anyone running the same or similar set up, or anyone have experience with doetsch tech shocks? I do mostly street driving and camping where I use dirt roads or cruise around off road, but nothing too crazy. My truck does get used as a work truck as well, so it does get some weight thrown in the back as well.

I should also mention, driving in chicago is like driving off road if you consider the pot holes.

They never returned any of my messages so I went with Bilsteins for not that much more. Boy are they nice, I find my self aiming for bumps just to feel the truck adjust so well.
