Shifters Rubbing?

So after putting together my shifter assembly today (i did not take it apart) I noticed once everything was together that when the 4x4 stick is in 2H that when going into revers the 5 speed shifter rubs? Its almost like it does not want to even let it go into reverse?

Has anyone else had this issue? I am sure its a simple mistake on my side and it is the first time I have ever put these things back together. But I thought it would go much smoother?

Thanks!!!

It sounds like the t-case shifter is in backwards, take it out turn it around and put it back in and it shouldn`t rub any more.
