Sherman Bed sides (sold through Rock Auto) anyone used them ?

Sherman Bed sides (sold through Rock Auto) anyone used them ?
The bedsides on my truck are not particularly rusted, but the previous owner was challenged in avoiding obstacles apparently.... Initially I didn't think there was replacement sheet metal out there, but then I found this: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1419488
So, compared to paying someone to straighten out sheet metal, this seems like one would get to the end faster by replacing the entire panel ? Any gotchas in there ? Not having see the panel, I can't tell exactly where the old panel gets chopped.
The bed in my truck is not the first priority, but since i will be putting in a new hood, front and rear bumper, tailgate, grill etc it would be nice to get the bed fixed...
