Setting torsion bar IFS suspension

Setting torsion bar IFS suspension
What percentage Compression to droop ratios do you guys run? I'm considering running ~75-80% compression travel and 25-20% droop travel. Besides keeping my truck down to lower my center of gravity, is there any advantage to droop travel? While on the trail my drooped tire never seems to have any weight on it so it doesn't seem to help with traction.
I've actually considered going up to almost 100% compression travel, to help with high speed prerunning. Would there be any disadvantage to this?
My situation is that I recently removed my Downey 26mm torsion bars and replaced them with my stock torsion bars. While going back to stock torsion bars I'm also adding longer, but softer bump stops to make the bottoming out with stock torsion bars a bit softer and more progressive. If I keep the same settings of 66% compression, 33% droop, I'll actually lose a little flex on the trail since my lower A-arm contacts the bumpstop sooner. So i'm just debating how much more compression travel I should set it too.
Thanks for the input!
