Seats Covered...console no
Seats are easy, search. Searching for an article on a stock SR5 console install...not too much help out there.
As soon as my carpet and Corbeau seats come in I will post a thread on my console install, until then search, a lot of people do the ammo can center consoles and they even remove the rear heater from the 4 Runners to get more storage space.
If you're serious about swapping in an SR5 console go used but get your hands an eyes on it
before you buy it. I wasted $70 on a used one, went to stealership an spent $430 on all the parts to install a brand new one, but to me, it was worth it.
Sorry for the rambling.

430 for console between seats
Another note, it is getting mighty hard to find bolt in used seats for this mod, that's why I went with corbeau. If I'm going to do it, might as well go all out.

With a little determination you can make just about any seats fit. I put these 85 MR2 buckets in my 95
Heads up on the corbeaus, if you're tall then you will most likely need to modify the bracket. When I got mine I had to cut the front legs down and redrill to fit inside the cab. Also had to cut the rear legs down and weld longer extensions on the bottom to reach to the holes. Whoever built the brackets never actually put a seat on it and got inside the truck, or they were really small. Love the seats though.
