Heres what I did on my 91 w/ v6.

Open up your hood and look at your brakebooster (big black round thing) there should be a single black hose comming off then leading to the engine.

Start the car and undo that hose from the booster, the idle should flucuate and you should feel a suction from that tube.

Now SLOWLEY!!!!!! pour 1/2 -2/3rds of the can into that line. I put my thumb over the can and left a 2mm opening to pour out of.

turn off the car. pour the remaining seafoam into your gas.

Wait 30 mins then start up and keep the rpms high.

carefull, smoke might be VERY extreme in some cases.

should give some general directions on the can...

i bought two cans for my yota shortly after i bought it...

1 can went in the gas tank, i think you have to have at least 8 gallons of gas in your tank to put 1 full can in... but you can just put half a can in the tank with 4 gallons of gas... whatever you decide...

on the other can i opted to run in the vacuum hoses... the easiest way i saw to do this was to start up the truck, pull the big vacuum hose off the brake booster and put it in the can of seafoam and let it suck it up, have someone in the drivers seat to keep the engine running as it may try to die... i held my tach at 3 grand while a buddy let the brake booster vac hose suck up the sea foam... note that its normal for thich black smoke to pour out of the exhaust!

the third option, witch i opted not to do at the time is to add the seafoam to your motor oil.

hope this helps!

Edit.. wow jay, that almost a double post! i dident wait 30 minutes though.

^ Thats the same vid I was gonna link.
I was so impressed by the seafoam treatment I bought another can and did it twice, way more smoke came out the second time.

Your also supposed to put it in the gas tank, which the vid dident show.

There are several dozen pages about seafoam on this site. I know search isnt the best on here but try it a little harder. But to get you started try this thread. It THOUROUGHLY explains it and even has links to more threads throughout it.

sucking up too much to fast by sticking the hose in the can can cause hydro lock and kill you engine.

the pouring method is alot safer
